conservation

Today in science we watched a video about conservation. Here is a link to the video.

  • What animals keep our jackets warm? Lots of animals with warm fur and feathers e.g sheep and ducks
  • What animal makes our boots waterproof? Cattle
  • Where does the water in our rivers come from? The ocean ..then water evaporates and it rains and snows in the mountains
  • Why do we need healthy rivers? For healthy water and fish
  • What are some of the good things about mosquitoes? They give us nice flowers 
  • Why are bees dying? Pesticide cellphone towers 
  • What do bugs do to our leaves  eat them 
  • Reduce reuse recycle we need to do more of reduce reuse recycle 
  • R the most important thing to do is to reuse so we will not to litter recycle 
  • How much dung would we be in if there were no dung de- composers? Lots and lots 
  • Who runs this planet? Mother nature
